Ryan Sian, our Managing Director, joined randd 11 years ago, and assumed his position following the takeover by K3 Capital Group in 2020. After graduating with a degree in Economics, Finance & Banking, Ryan has since gained his Chartership qualification. Ryan has direct involvement with all aspects of the business and has a pivotal role in managing a rapidly growing, diverse portfolio of clients, acquiring specialist knowledge in both the SME & RDEC tax schemes.
As managing Director of randd, Ryan oversees all areas of the business, working closely with the rest of the K3 Capital Group companies to propel the growth of the corporation and its sister brands.
